Sent a question via Twitter , here too.
Are you "allowed" to do static displays of K7 at shows, festivals and the like ? We have a FREE Cycling Festival and Family Fun Day in Consett on Sun June 23 and Bluebird would be an enormous addition to that as well as raising public awareness of your predicament.
Our day is to celebrate how the town has risen from the ashes of 40 yrs ago . you have a similar message.
I am sure we could give lots of practical assistance with transport etc.
Please contact me in first instance.

Hi Bill. Haven't been in touch since we met on Bute with my two boys (Mitchell and Spencer) we stayed for a week and it was unbelievable. At one stage me and mitch stood behind bluebird and got sprayed with aviation fuel and Bute water as she stood up and disappeared into the distance. Without you this could never have been possible, you my friend are being treated with contempt. Without you the ruskin museum would have nothing but a mess of twisted metal. I say that with all respect to Donald and Gina. Met Gina on Bute . A very special person. Easy for me to say but please please keep going. Bill, thanks for all your hard work, Kev.

Bill. I am absolutely appalled by the disgusting way you and your amazing team of dedicated people are being treated by The Ruskin Museum! After years of tireless dedication to K7, how can they possibly expect you to just hand her over! I don’t want to see her in a museum covered in dust! I want to hear her engine roar and appreciate this amazing restoration project!
Stay strong! Anyone can see your love and passion for Bluebird and I hope this can be resolved soon so we can all see this amazing machine fly through the water once again.

Hi, I've been asked to contact Bill with a view to asking if he would allow some folks o Shields down at the Low Lights Tavern to do a bit of crowdfunding to help him and the team with this dreadful legal spat that's brewed up. We are appalled at the way you have been treated after all your hard work and effort.

I have just been watching the video of rebuilt Bluebird during its trial run on loch Fad. This was of particular interest to me as I was a member of the Royal Signals team at Lake Coniston .I was there for some six weeks during the build up to the record attempt, and with other members of the army team lived on site . On the 2 January 1967 I left to return to my base in Catterick camp as my wife was due to give birth. On the 3 January 1967 my wife gave birth to a baby boy. The following day the 4 Jan 1967 Donald died during his attempt. I was so moved by his death I named my son Donald

Hi! Donald Campbell is my hero. I can't watch the videos without tears
in my eyes, when are the K7 logos going to be put on the floats? I have several models of the Bluebird vehicles and a few DVDs. I used to be a member of the Bluebird Supporters Club, I'm trying to contact them to rejoin the club. I want to tell Bill Smith I love what he's done to the Bluebird K7, it's fantastic, she looks beautiful.
I can't wait to go and see her someday in Conistion museum. Well done!. All the best for 2019.

First of all sincere congratulations on getting Bluebird running on the water once again. If I may be so bold as to suggest a funding stream: commemorative postal covers. I'd bet you could shift a few in you shop.

Fantastic talk by Bill to the Royal Aeronautical Society at Rolls Royce in Birmingham. Thanks Bill, very educational and completely irreverent! You described it as taking a screwed up torn up piece of kitchen foil and turning it back into a roll. It didn't look as easy as that.....

Would you consider repeating the talk to a motor club?
